Heather Pullen Named Teacher of the Year Introducing the 2010 Teacher of the Year Please help us congratulate fifth grade teacher, Heather Pullen on being selected the New Prospect Elementary School 2010 Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Pullen was one of 5 candidates who interviewed before a panel of judges after presenting an outstanding lesson as part of the criteria of the Teacher of the Year process.
